USAID[Nigeria, Liberia, Tanzania and Uganda] has been collecting and storing data from implementing partners in Microsoft Excel. This created bottlenecks in reporting, data verification, data quality and consistency. Data discrepancies we often observed. Timeliness and accuracy of data was a major concern.
Hennice (In conjuction with The-Mitchell Group In.) provided web-based performance management system to measure the performance of USAID (Nigeria, Liberia, Tanzania and Uganda) development objectives, programs and activities as laid out in the Countries. The system collects data, calculates and agregates as needed, stores DQA documents and provides reports for different teams/implementing Partners/Indicators.
